Bread with Creamy Veg Toppings
Cheeze toast is a most common breakfast which we all used to eat. Ever wondered how we can add some vegetables to this and make this healthy and delicious breakfast or snacks? This recipe is nice and healthy way to give vegetables to kids. They will love this dish anyway!!
6 Slices fresh sandwitch bread
1 Carrot grated
1 Potato grated
1 Cucumber grated
1 tbst cabbage grated
1 capsicum grated
1 tbsp cheese grated (Cheese Cream or Processed Cheeze can also be used)
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 Cup milk
1/2 tbsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Melt the butter with all vegetables.
Stir Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Dissolve Cornflour in the milk.
Add to the vegetables, stirring continuously.
Add salt, pepper, cheese and cook stirring continuousl till thick and creamy.
Cook the mixture for 10 mins.
Pile onto each slice and grill in a hot oven for 5-7 mins the the bread gets crispy.
Eat hot with ketchup or Chilli garlic sauce.
