A tangy, sour and spicy maharashtrian chutney is here to tantalize your tongue. Try out this 5 minutes recipe which goes well with Chapathi (Indian bread) or rice.

Yield: Makes 1 cup chutney

2 tsp dessicated dry coconut (सुखा नारयल)
4 pods garlic (लेहसुन)
12 dry red chillies (सुखी लाल मीर्च)
5 tsp roasted peanuts (मुंगफली के दाने)
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds (तील)
2 small pcs of tamarind (ईमली)
Salt to taste (नमक)

Method :
1. Grind coconut, garlic, red chillies, roasted peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, salt and tamarind.
2. Serve with hot chapathi or can be used in different maharashtrian curries.
